We are a technology company that sets up and looks after the systems small and growing businesses run on — and writes about the same work on our blog, so you can learn from it too.
TechnoTricks started because too many businesses were handed systems nobody had explained to them: a network with no diagram, a cloud account with one password, a server whose backups had quietly stopped. Fixing those setups became our work, and then our method.
Today we cover the whole stack — the network in your building, the systems in the cloud, the security around both, and the software your team works in every day. Small companies get the same standard of engineering that larger ones pay a lot more for.
Everything we build is documented in your own account: diagrams, licences, change records and the reasoning behind each decision. If you ever leave us, you keep all of it.
“Our job is not finished when it works. It is finished when you understand it.”
How we think about every projectThey decide how we quote, how we work and what we say no to.
If you do not need the upgrade, we say so. We would rather keep a client for years than win one large invoice once.
Quotes, plans and reports are written so a non-technical owner can read them and know exactly what they are agreeing to.
When something is down, you reach an engineer, not a queue. Urgent problems get a person within 15 minutes in working hours.
One team across all of it, so nobody has to coordinate between three suppliers.
Cabling, switching, firewalls and WiFi that holds up in real buildings.
AWS, Azure and Google Cloud — designed, migrated and cost-controlled.
Audits, hardening, staff training and a plan for the bad day.
Repetitive work measured first, then removed where it pays off.
Small web apps built around your workflow, with the code handed to you.
Monitoring, updates and a named engineer who knows your setup.
Solid networks, working backups and honest advice should not be something only large companies can afford. Our mission is to give growing businesses the same standard of engineering, at a price agreed before the work starts.
We want our clients to stop thinking about their systems altogether — no dropped calls, no mystery bills, no scramble when something breaks. A setup that is documented, monitored and understood is the goal on every job we take.
No account managers between you and the work.
Plans the job, writes the quote, and stays with you until it is signed off.
Handles cabling, switching, firewalls and WiFi coverage on site.
Builds the cloud side, sets access rules, backups and monitoring.
Picks up when you call, and already has your documentation open.
